 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback from our first off-network transition involving TekConcierge.

One of the most critical components of a hotel PMS transition is configuring the payment software on every terminal connected to a payment device. Jurgen Hof supported the initial setup before transitioning the work to Charl Hechter, who served as our TekConcierge technician during cutover.

I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant Charl was to work with throughout the transition. I created a one-page PDF guide that Charl was able to leverage behind the scenes, and based on the success of this engagement, we plan to incorporate it into future off-network cutovers.

Charl remotely managed the payment software installations while I simultaneously guided the hotel team through integrations and interfaces related to door locks, PBX, POS, HSIA, and voicemail systems. His ability to work independently and efficiently allowed the transition to progress smoothly and without interruption. He represented the TekConcierge brand exceptionally well.

Additionally, Charl and I have already begun pre-work for the upcoming transitions at Aloft Leawood and Aloft Houston next month, which further demonstrates his commitment and proactive approach.
